19 Year Old Dead In Fatal Crash

A 19 year old man is dead after crashing his car Saturday morning in Blair County. It happened just after 6 am on Sugar Run Road in Altoona. Police say he drove off the road and hit several trees. He died from blunt force trauma, and was pronounced dead at the scene by the County Coroner. The driver's name is being withheld until his family is notified. Allegheny Township Police and Allegheny Volunteer Fire responded to the crash. Anyone with information on the crash is asked to call the Allegheny Police Department.
