PennDOT is asking all state drivers to fill out a confidential online survey about their driving habits.

The survey focuses on safety issues such as seat belts, impaired driving, and distracted driving. People can remain anonymous so that they answer truthfully, but are asked to give their gender, age, and zip code. More than 3,500 people responded to last year's survey. Pam Kane, PennDOT's Safety Press Officer says that aside from improving safety, it helps steer the agency's money, toward real life needs.

"...the survey will also take those federal dollars and put them where they are most needed. Whether it be impaired driving, seatbelts, aggressive driving, it could even be pedestrian crossing, we don't know until people take the survey and all the numbers are tallied."

You can find the survey by going to www.JustDrivePA.com.
