BELLEFONTE, CENTRE COUNTY - According to media representatives for Tim Curley and Gary Schultz, a status conference has been set in their perjury cases for July 11.

It's unclear what will be discussed and if both defendants will be present in Harrisburg.

Both men are also accused of failing to report alleged abuse by Jerry Sandusky in February 2001. Mike McQueary, the former Penn State football graduate assistant said he informed the two former university administrators. The state Attorney General's office claims the report was never filed with police.
