Vintondale Man Charged In Deadly Crash

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, CAMBRIA COUNTY--- Dale Malloy Jr., was arrested and charged Monday in connection with a deadly DUI crash that killed his girlfriend.

It happened back on December 4, 2011 on Chickaree Hill road in Jackson Township.  Police state in court documents that Malloy was under the influence of alcohol, driving at speeds of more than 75 mph in a 45 mph zone when he crossed the center line.  It goes on to state that he hit another car injuring one and killing his girlfriend Kaylynn Reynolds.

Malloy was released on bond after a family member posted it Tuesday morning.  The 32- year old faces several charges including DUI, homicide by vehicle, and involuntary manslaughter.
