HOLLIDAYSBURG, BLAIR COUNTY -- Blair County leaders want to be prepared to meet the needs of the disabled in any emergency.

Commissioners will hold a planning session Wednesday at the Blair County Courthouse in Hollidaysburg. The meeting will bring together the Red Cross, the county's Emergency Management Agency and other groups who work with special needs populations.

The goal is to come up with a workable plan for protecting disabled people in the event of an emergency.
