Man Accused of Growing 100 Marijuana Plants

UNION TOWNSHIP, HUNTINGDON COUNTY - Police arrested a man accused of growing more than 100 marijuana plants.

Damon Wagner of Union Township, Huntingdon County was taken into custody Thursday afternoon.

The Huntingdon County Drug Task Force seized piles of pot, with some of plants more than 6 ft. tall.

State Police said they found the crop at the 29-year-old's farm during fly-overs.

The marijuana is estimated to be worth more than $200,000.

Wagner is in the Huntingdon County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bond.
