Bizarre State College Burglarly/Indecent Assault

STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY - State College Police are looking for information surrounding a strange apartment break-in and indecent assault that happened Friday night
Cops said a woman was in her ground level apartment on Waupelani Drive when someone touched her shoulder. When she turned around, she saw a man with his pants down masturbating. The man was wearing a surgical mask and a hat. The victim was able to escape and called police from a neighbor's home.
Police arrived on scene within minutes, but they could not find the suspect. The victim was not physically injured. If you have information about this case, call State College Police at (814) 234-7150.
