Meth Lab Bust

LOCK HAVEN, CLINTON COUNTY - Lock Haven Police said they busted a meth lab on Tuesday night.

Police raided the lab at 121 1/2 E. Main St., Apartment #403, Lock Haven, on Tuesday night.

The building and nearby restaurant were evacuated.

Three people were arrested as a result of the investigation.

William Confer, 30, Billie Jo Laubach, 27, and Meloney Confer, 28, all from Lock Have, face charges of manufacturing methamphetamine.  They also face charges with risking a catastrophe.

The three have been put in the Clinton County Jail.
