Car Crashes Into House, Pins Man Underneath

BARR TOWNSHIP, CAMBRIA COUNTY - An SUV crashed into a man's bedroom on Wednesday morning and pinned him underneath the vehicle.

Police said that at 9:00 a.m. Kim White, 53, of Marsteller was driving a Jeep Cherokee on Ridge Road in Barr Township, Cambria County. 

White lost control of the SUV, crashed through a telephone pole, sheared it in half, went through a field and crashed into a home, located at 401 Ridge Rd.

Jason Bishchoff, 23, of 401 Ridge Rd., was sleeping in his bed at the time.

The Jeep came crashing into Bishchoff's bedroom and pinned him under the vehicle.

Bishchoff was trapped under the Cherokee for two hours while emergency crews worked to safely rescue him.

Bishchoff was taken to the hospital for what police called minor injuries.

Police said White was not injured.
