LEWISTOWN, MIFFLIN COUNTY - A Lewistown man is in jail, accused of sexually assaulting a teenage boy over the past three months.

Dennis Fogle, 56, of 13 Depot St., Lewistown, has been charged with assaulting a 15 year-old boy over three months, beginning in March 2010.

Fogle lived in the same house as the victim from the fall of 2009 to May 30th, 2010.  That's when the Mifflin County Regional Police Department received a complaint of child sexual abuse at that home.  Fogle was immediately removed from the home and placed in the Shelter on Depot St. in Lewistown.

The victim told police that Fogle threatened to hurt him and assaulted him numerous times from March to May of 2010.

The victim talked to the Children's Resource Center in Harrisburg on June 7th. Police then interrogated Fogle and decided to arrest him, charge him and throw him in jail.

Fogle was charged with Statutory Sexual Assault, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Sexual Assault and Indecent Assault.  He was put in the Mifflin County Prison on $100,000 bail.
