Saidel Concedes: Conklin Wins Dem. Lt. Governor Nom.

HARRISBURG - Democrat Jonathan Saidel has conceded the race to be the Democratic Nominee for Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor. Saidel trailed Centre County State Representative Scott Conklin by more than 3,500 votes. Still, Saidel could have gone ahead with the recount. State-wide recounts typically cost $500,000.
