HARRISBURG, PENNSYLVANIA --  The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has been flooded with calls complaining about emissions and inspection decals that won't stick to windshields.

PennDOT officials say drivers need not worry since the decals are still valid.  State Police have also been made aware of the issue.

While drivers are asked to simply reapply the decals as best they can, replacements can also be purchased for $4.00.
