CLEARFIELD, CLEARFIELD COUNTY - The jury has been chosen in Clearfield County for the third trial of convicted murderer Andrew Callahan.

Callahan was first found guilty of shooting and killing Micah Pollack in the Pine Run area of Clearfield County  in 1997.

The two were only sixteen-years-old at the time.

In 2007 the State superior court awarded Callahan an appeal.
A year later a second jury found him guilty.

His latest appeal came in early 2010.

Jury selection began and ended late Thursday afternoon with seven women and five men seated.

This third trial is set to begin July 26.
