Police: Clerk Lied About Robbery

BOALSBURG, CENTRE COUNTY - State College Police announced Wednesday they plan to file false reporting charges against a Uni-Mart Clerk they believe lied about a robbery at the Boalsburg store last month.

The clerk called in the robbery just before 2:00 a.m. on March 31st. Now police say an investigation has uncovered the clerk fabricated the whole ordeal.

Police are not releasing the suspect's name until charges have been filed.
