Johnstown Fire Ruled Arson

JOHNSTOWN, CAMBRIA COUNTY--- An abandoned house fire in Johnstown was ruled arson.

The state police fire marshal said that the fire on the 700 block of Kennedy Avenue was intentionally set on the first floor.

The fire happened sometime around 9:00 Tuesday morning.

The home was vacant for several months with no utilities hooked up.

Johnstown Police are investigating.
