HARRISBURG - Several hundred protesters rallied at the State Capitol building, against President Obama's health care plan.

Pennsylvania state lawmakers have introduced a bill that would allow Pennsylvania to opt-out of the federal health care reform bill.

39 other states have similar bills in their state legislature.  Three states have already passed the proposals into law.

Organizers of the rally said more support is needed in Pennsylvania, for this bill to become law.

Right now, the House Insurance Committee is reviewing that bill.
