ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - The deadline for mailing back your 2010 U.S Census deadline has arrived.  Friday, April 16th was  the last day to mail back  your completed 2010 U.S. census form.

If your forms were not sent back by this deadline, your address will appear on a list for home Census visits which are scheduled to start next week. When a Census worker is sent to an address, it is up to that Government workers to fill out the paperwork after questioning the resident. Census workers will be going door to door with uncompleted forms between now and  July.

So far 73% of Pennsylvania residents have returned their Census forms.
That response rate is  higher than the national average which current stands at  68%.
