HOUTZDALE, CLEARFIELD COUNTY -A man suspected of robbing a Clearfield County pharmacy will head to trial.

Police said Daniel Dotts, 27, held up the Woodward Pharmacy in Houtzdale on March 18. He's accused of pulling a gun on a pharmacist and demanding high-strength Oxycontin pills.

The Glen Richey man was arrested Friday night.

Dotts waived his right to a preliminary hearing on Wednesday morning.  He's now heading to trial on two felony charges and several misdemeanors.

Dotts is currently in the Clearfield County Jail on $500,000 bail.
