State College Beating

STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY - State College police are investigating a gang beating.  They said between 5 and 6 males beat another male near the corner of East College Avenue and Sowers Street.  It started when the victim and another person got into a fight.  After the victim was hit and fell to the ground, that's when police said the group jumped in.  Police said there were witnesses who videotaped the beating.  The victim was lifeflighted to the hospital with serious head injuries.  No word on his condition.
