ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - A new report says several counties in our area have more repeat criminals than the rest of the state.
The State Department of Corrections released their recidivism report last month.
Blair County has the fourth highest re-arrest rates in the state over the last three years. Clinton, Bedford, and Huntingdon counties are all in the top ten for re-incarceration rates. Blair, Cambria, and Huntingdon County all appear in the top ten list for overall recidivism.
