Uh-oh, Wrong Diagnosis

A study in the Journal of the American Medical Association finds that more than 150,000 people die or end up in the hospital every year because of a doctor's misdiagnosis.

Researchers discovered some physicians are wrong on a range of conditions including pneumonia, heart failure and cancer. The study shows in some cases doctors don't get an accurate patient history and fail to order the right tests.
