PSU Close To Settlements?

By: Aaron Cheslock
Updated: February 12, 2013

STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY - Kenneth Feinberg, who's part of Penn State's legal team, says he's made offers to at least 15 of Jerry Sandusky's victims and accusers.

Feinberg says they've offered somewhere between 15 and 25 individual demands to lawyers. Feinberg says in total there are about 30 different people looking to settle with Penn State. He says he's cautiously optimistic that they'll agree on settlements in the next few months. Feinberg wouldn't say whether they'll announce deals as they get done individually, or if they'll wait for all of them to be completed. He says "...it's a day-by-day thing".
