HARRISBURG, DAULPHIN COUNTY - Governor Corbett has been given another 24 hours to consider Camelot's bid to privatize the lottery

The British firm has agreed to a 24 hour extension to the deadline.

The new deadline will allow the governor to contemplate a counterproposal by lottery employees.

The deadline was originally set for December 31st, but it was pushed back ten days for further review.

Camelot has said it will guarantee $34 billion of profit over 20 years if their bid is accepted.
