JOHNSTOWN, CAMBRIA COUNTY--- Two Philadelphia cousins are on trial for the murder of JQuan Lewis, who was killed hours after his 21st birthday.

Marquis "G' Neal the accused gunman and his cousin Anthony "Mack" Harvey are charged in the murder.  Neal is the alleged gunman and Harvey is the co-defendant accused of driving the get-away van.

Opening arguments got under Wednesday in downtown Johnstown.  Prosecutors had opening remarks, but only the defense attorney for Harvey made a statement.  Jurors were taken to Oakhurst to view were the shooting happened and how close some of the witnesses lived to observe it.

Seven witnesses testified, many court ordered because of their relationship with the defendants, two stating "they did not want to be in court."

The victim's family was also inside the courtroom, several from the New York area, the rest lived not far from where the murder took place in Johnstown.  The family had difficulties listening to testimony and seeing photographs of the victim's body.

Trial resumes Thursday, this is the first murder case to go trial in the county in more than a decade.
