ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - Some changes are on the way at the Altoona Social Security Office.
Starting Monday November 19th the office will close a half hour early. They will be open Monday, through Friday from 9:00 in the morning till three in the afternoon. And starting in January the office will close every Wednesday at noon.
The local office says reduced funding from Congress means they have to cut back on over time.
