Patients with CVS complain of symptoms such as eye strain, headaches, burning or tired eyes, and loss of focus. One way to ease CVS? Try the 20-20-20 solution.
Dr. Geoffrey Goodfellow of the American Optometric Association explained, "every 20 minutes that you're using one of these devices, give your eyes a 20 second break by looking at something 20 feet across the room." That advice goes for adults using computers and digital devices as well as children.
Dr. Goodfellow says it's estimated that 90% of people who use a computer for three hours or more may be experiencing some type of eye or vision problem.
