If you didn't watch the game at home, chances are you went out to the local bar to take in the action, and it was filled with all the commotion you might expect on game day; lots of food, lots of drinks, and lots of noise.

Some might argue that the blackout was the biggest surprise of this year's game, but Brianne Vescovi begs to differ.

"I was surprised. I had an idea something was going on, but I didn't know what. I didn't expect that," said Vescovi.

Brianne thought she was going to the bar to watch the game with some friends, and her boyfriend of a year and a half, which is actually something she really didn't want to do.

"I just didn't want to go anywhere. I wanted to stay home," she said.

So you can imagine her surprise, when amidst all the cheers and jeers, she looked towards all the big screens and saw her boyfriend's face.

"It probably took me three times to do it, I just kept choking up," said Ron Miller, Vescovi's boyfriend.

A trip to the bar, she didn't even want to take, ended up being a night she'll never forget.

"It was great. It was something different that I'd never expect," said Vescovi.

So no matter who everyone was cheering for...

"Go 49ers!" said Christopher Ta.
"Go Ravens!" said Rodney Kennedy.

...it was clear that tonight's game had two big winners; The team, and the woman, who both walked away with the ring they've been dreaming of.
