GULICH TOWNSHIP, CLEARFIELD COUNTY - Police say a man in his upper 40's took a teenager across county lines to have sex with her.
State Police out of Clearfield are investigating because the rapes allegedly happened there.
The 49 year old man lived in Tyrone, and the 16 year old girl lived in Hollidaysburg.
Police say he would take the girl to a home in Gulich Township, Clearfield County, where he would have sex with her against her will. It happened between June and September of last year.
Blair County Children and Youth Services are helping the State Police with their investigation.
