BELLEFONTE, CENTRE COUNTY - We heard from a lawyer who represents one of Jerry Sandusky's victims. He's been negotiating with Penn State for months, and he's more confident now, after seeing how Sandusky's Evidentiary Hearing played out in court.

Tom Kline says after being at Jerry Sandusky's Evidentiary Hearing, he can continue to negotiate with Penn State for settlement money for his client, better known as victim number 5.

"I don't think we're on the brink of anything today, I would view the potential of a settlement at some point as a good potential."

Kline says that the school needs to budge sooner rather than later, or else.

"...I think if these cases are not settled in months but years, then there will be a push forward to the litigation."

P.M.A. represents Penn State and Kline says they were hoping to get something done before the end of 2012. They've already figured out the facts. Where were the victims were abused? Was it on Penn State's property? Whether or not it was before or after the now infamous "McQueary incident". Kline says that so far negotiations have been meaningful, but they're nowhere close to done.

"...We're now getting to the point where we're talking about money and whether the case can be resolved.

Kline says P.M.A. was in court Wednesday, trying to get the negotiations moved to Centre County.
