Fred Miller Enters Blair County Judge Race

ALLEGHENY TWP., BLAIR COUNTY - A third candidate entered the race for Blair County judge Wednesday.

Fred Miller, a Magisterial District Judge in the Tyrone area, made the announcement Wednesday in Allegheny Township. He was endorsed by former State Agriculture Secretary Sam Hayes.

Blair County Chief Deputy District Attorney Wade Kagarise and Altoona attorney Dave Andrews made their formal announcements Monday.

All want the seat being vacated by Judge Hiram Carpenter who is retiring.
