ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - A sixteen year old from Altoona will be laid to rest.
Jesse McElhinney's viewing is scheduled for this afternoon from 3:00 to 7:00 Saturday at Pleasant Valley Assembly of God along Pleasant Valley Boulevard in Altoona. The funeral service will immediately follow.
McElhinney was fatally shot inside a home at 125 East 3rd avenue on Wednesday.
The Blair County District Attorney's office met on Friday but did not come to a decision on whether to charge the alleged shooter.
