CAMBRIA COUNTY - A Johnstown father will head to trial for allegedly breaking his infant son's leg.

Johnstown police say Carl Harris admitted to being upset over his eight week old son crying.

He's accused of pressing down on the baby's leg causing it to break.  This happened in August.

Harris was arrested a few weeks later charged with aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Wednesday he waived those charges and will head to trail.
