BELLEFONTE, CENTRE COUNTY - PSP Rockview is searching for an escaped Centre County inmate.
Police say 40-year old Larry Allen escaped during outdoor volunteer work Thursday around 1:45.
Thomas was last seen operating a weed trimmer of of Fishburn Hill Road in Bellefonte, Centre County. When supervisors checked on him a half hour later, the weed trimmer was on the ground and Thomas was nowhere to be found. Police say an orange jumpsuit was located underneath an outside home heating oil tank nearby.
Thomas is described as a white male, 5'6'', 200 lbs. with brown hair, green eyes and a goatee. He may be wearing a white t-shirt or an orange sweatshirt. He speaks with a southern accent.
Anyone with information on Thomas' whereabouts should contact 9-11 or the Pennsylvania State Police at Rockview.
