A new study suggests that city living may be good for your health. While many of us enjoy living in the country new research says we're more likely to be obese.

The study from the National Center for Health Statistics  says people who live in rural areas  tend to eat a high-fat diet, and exercise less than people in urban areas.

One of the lead researchers says the culture is different in rural America. The  diet is full of rich, homemade foods like omeat and desserts. And rural areas typically don't have a culture of physical activity as leisure time.
