By: Charlotte Ames
Updated: July 24, 2012
Vitamins C, E, and selenium could help reduce the risk of getting pancreatic cancer.  A new study says the antioxidants may cut the risk up to two-thirds.

Pancreatic cancer kills more than a 250,000 people worldwide every year.  Researchers say the antioxidant supplements may neutralize cancer-causing compounds and help stimulate the body's immune system.

Results of the study are in the British Medical Journal.
