An area company is offering a hand sanitizer designed to help stop the spread of MRSA and more than 30 other dangerous germs. X3 Clean was developed by a medical supply company owned by an assistant coach at the Tyrone Area High School.

Chuck Banas, of Healthy Alternatives says he came up with the idea a few years ago, when several members of the football team came down with the flu. He says both the Tyrone and Altoona school districts use it in their locker and weight rooms.
