That's the way Zumba dance instructor Jennifer Fox describes this latest dance-exercise craze. It's for kids of all ages too.
Madison Maslonik says, "It keeps us fit."
The big question for me is: Can you learn this if you are not coordinated (like me)?
Fox says, "Oh my gosh yes. We've had people who have never danced before in their life. They say they don't have an ounce of rhythm at all but they come here and enjoy as long as they're sweating then we're happy."
And Saturday, November 19th, the folks at St. Francis' are inviting everyone to Zumba.
A Zumba fitness party will take place from 2pm to 4pm at Stokes Athletic Center as a fundraiser for the American Lung Cancer Foundation.
As Fox explains, "We hope to raise awareness for lung cancer especially in the month of November during Lung Cancer Awareness Month so we thought it be a great combination get everyone up off their couches and groovin and raise some awareness."
And Morgan Masonlik thinks, "I think it's pretty easy you can probably do it."
The Zumba Fitness Party is open to everyone. A $10 donation gets you in on the fun for an extra $5 donation, you can take home a t-shirt too.
