Grammy award winner Beyonce led the kids in her choreographed original dance and music - named "Let's Move".
WTAJ, Fit Kids First along with Majic 99, Hot 92 and 100 all joined the Central Cambria students in Ebensburg for all the moves.
It started out looking like an inncent game of dodge ball
And quickly moved into a highly synchronized , movin and groovin' piece.
8th grader Brooke Lyons said, "We sweat a lot!"
Nearly one hundred students who strutted their stuff here.
Even the guys got into the dance and the excitement.
Traca McBreen said, "There's some people out there that really take it bad, like play video games 9 hours a day - not me not most of these people in our school."
And the best thing - beyond the fun was the workout these kids got! Some without even knowing it.
Principal Kim McDermott saidm "They just joined right in. They didn't think of it as exercise when we decided to practice a few times so that they could learn the moves they didn't even realize that they were getting physical activity. They were just having fun."
Tuesday's flash workout was an effort to curb childhood obesity.
