"Weigh to Go!" Week 4: Challenge Yourself

YMCA of Centre County Staffer Dan McKenna stopped by to crunch the Week 5 numbers for total weight loss, and activity minutes logged, as well as share some tips on how to improve the success of your fitness goals, by challenging yourself!
Dan lists four tips to help you jump start your fitness goals:
1. Try Something New.
2. Change Your Existing Routine.
3. Put Down the Phone or Magazine.
4. Push Yourself Outside Your Comfort Zone.
