Chef Showcase: Icy Ocean Ranch Tilapia & Crabcakes

Clyde from Imler's is back in the kitchen with Ranch Tilapia and Crabcakes! Delicious!

If you want to try it out, follow the recipe:

Ranch Tilapia Fillets

1. 2- 1.5 oz Icy ocean Tilapia Fillets
2. cup of ranch Dressing
3. 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
4. 2 cups of Crushed Corn Flakes
5. Salt & Pepper to taste

Pre heat oven to 350
Grind up the Corn Flakes and mix The Parmesan Cheese and the Salt & Pepper together. Baste the Tilapia with the Ranch Dressing and coat evenly with the Corn Flake Mix and bake for 20 minutes.

Broiled crab Cakes

1. 1 lb Can of Icy Ocean Lump Crabmeat
2. cup of mayo
3. 1 TBLS of Celery Salt
4. cup of Plain Bread Crumbs
5. Salt & Pepper to Taste

Mix all together with the Crabmeat into Cakes and broil until light Brown Around 10 Minutes
