Sarah jumps on her bike and gets spinning for today's Central PA Live!  In this segment she wraps up the show after an hour of spinning.

Earlier in the show she was joined by staff from East Coast Health & Fitness to talk about the upcoming Spinning Nation 2012. Spinning Nation is a non- profit event that will help implement Spinning Rehabilitation Centers at military bases/Warrior Transition Units across the country that help wounded veterans in the recovery process, but physically and mentally. All proceeds will go to Ride - To- Recovery and will benefit all of our deserving military men and women who have served to keep our country safe and free.
