Chef Showcase: Glazed Ham Balls

Glazed Ham Balls
The ingredients are as follows:
1. A 1 lb. Imlers store made Ham Loaf
2. of a cup of soft Bread Crumbs
3. cup of Milk
4. 2 tbsp of chopped onions
5. 2 slightly beaten Eggs
Glaze
1. 1 cup of crushed Pineapple
2. 1/3 of a cup of Brown Sugar
3. 1 tbsp of Vinegar
4. 3 tbsp of Mustard
Combine first five ingredients. Shape into small balls. Place in shallow baking pan. Mix "Glaze" ingredients and spoon over ham balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, basting occasionally.
