Crab Cakes

2 lbs. of crab meat
1 small red onion (minced)
1 large red pepper (minced)
1 tablespoon of dry parsley
2 cups of mayo
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
Pinch of granulated garlic
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 cups of panko bread crumbs
1. Combine all ingredients except break crumbs.
2. Portion cakes into 1.5 ounces.
3. Rollin panko bread crumbs.
4. Cook at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
