Cajun Chicken and Gorgonzola Sausage Salad

Cajun Dressing:
4 oz. Mayo
1 oz. Sour Cream
1 oz. Plain Yogurt
1 oz. Wing Sauce
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix
Salad:
1/2 Head Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 Stalk Celery, Bias cut
1 Tomato, diced
Kalamata Olives
Onion Rings
2 oz. Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles
1 1/2 Cajun Chicken Links, cooked and cut
4 oz. Cajun Dressing
1. Place lettuce in a mixing bowl with dressing and toss.
2. Put the lettuce on a plate.
3. Garnish with celery, tomato, and olives.
4. Top with onion rings and gorgonzola crumbles.
5. Place sausage around the border of the plate.
