Sex Offender Pays Another Man $50 in Food Stamps to Use Address

BLAIR COUNTY - Officials say an Altoona sex offender paid another man $50 in food stamps so that he can use his address. That's according to the Altoona Mirror.
42 year old Donald Guess was arrested on November 14th after he was found living in Bellwood though he claimed he was living in Altoona.
Guess is supposed to file his address with authorities for 10 years a requirement under Megan's Law.
Guess pleaded guilty in 2007 to assaulting a child who was less than 13 years old.
Guess is in Blair County Prison. His next court date is set for January.
