Imler's Turkey Marinade Recipe
Ingredients:
10 oz Apple Juice
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
6 oz Soy Sauce
1 oz Ginger
2 oz Minced Garlic
2 Turkey Tenders 1-1 lb
Directions: Mix marinade ingredients until consistent in color. Place tenderloins in dish with marinade and make sure marinade is evenly distributed over turkey tenderloins. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours, then cook as desired.
Leftovers? Cut up your leftover turkey tenderloin in bite size chunks and serve cold or warm and place over salad greens, toss with your favorite dressing. It makes a great next day lunch or quick dinner.
