Chef Showcase: Fudge Brownie Pie

Ingredients:
9 IN Unbaked Pie Shell
3 OZ Unsweetened or Semisweet Chocolate
1/2 CUP Butter
1 CUP Sugar
3 Eggs
Melt butter in a med sauce pan over med heat. Add chocolate and stir until all chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Set aside.
Beat eggs in a med mixing bowl. Add sugar and continue mixing until well blended. Add to above chocolate mixture, and blend well. Pour into a 9 in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350* for about 35 - 40 min (until center is set and does not jiggle.)
