Chef Showcase: Fresh Basil Pesto!

Here's his recipe!
Chef Joby's Fresh Herb Pesto Recipe
2 c packed herb leaves - basil, etc
2 cloves garlic
3-4T pinenuts or walnuts
2/3c olive oil
1/2c sahaved parmasean cheese
salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients, except cheese, and pulse in a food processor until rough chopped.
Add oil and puree smooth, stir in cheese. Serve over pasta or as a garnish on white meat. Also use in place of tomato sauce on flat bread pizza. Enjoy!
