Chef Showcase: Clyde Makes Barbeque Chicken

Clyde Monahan from Imler's Poultry is back in the Central PA Live kitchen with Dawn today, making boneless barbeque chicken breast!
Here is the recipe to make a delicious chicken dish like Clyde's:
BBQ Boneless Chicken Breast
1. 6 5-6 oz Boneless Breast
2. Salt & Pepper to taste
3. 1 stick of butter
4. 1 large bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce
5. Parsley to taste
Fry the Breast in butter salt and pepper to taste until cooked. Drain of the butter, return breast to the pan and cover with the BBQ sauce and sprinkle with Parsley and simmer for twenty minutes.
