Patrick Schurr's Moroccan Shrimp

10 ounces couscous
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 red bell peper, diced
3/4 cup golden raisens
28 oz can whole tomatos, drained and chopped
1 pound prepared shrimp
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 lemon, halved
